Shipping policy

Where we ship

Core Tech Outlet ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 8–18 business days.

Our products ship from several different supplier warehouses. If you order more than one item they may arrive separately, on different days, in different packages. This is normal and costs you nothing extra.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to begin showing updates after it is issued. That is the carrier catching up, not a problem with your order.

Delays

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier backlogs, severe weather and holiday periods can add time. If your order has not arrived 25 business days after it shipped, email kovacevic.milos1988@gmail.com and we will investigate or refund you.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
