Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
To start a return, email us your order number and a short description of the problem. Please do not send an item back before we reply, because we will give you the correct return address.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You do not pay return shipping in these cases.
Return shipping costs
For returns that are not caused by a fault on our side (for example, you changed your mind), the return shipping cost is paid by you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we approve or reject the refund and email you the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show it.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items damaged by misuse, accident or normal wear
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items returned after the 30-day window
